    In NT's beverage survey course, students learn about wine, beer and liquer from their professor and from quest speakers like Mary Ann Willi, who works for an alcohol distributor. In the slideshow below, Willis teaches the class about the difference between champagne and sparkling wine.

    Very interesting content choice for a class. What "academic" career would this course target? Sounds fun, but what department is this in again? :)

    Angela, beverages are a big part of hospitality management. You will find this course in the SMHM College.

    In terms of wine, you won't see gradiose wine presentations at smaller more common restuarants. (Continued…)
